So how do we honour the LORD with our wealth?

  1. By being generous (Prov 11:24,25; Prov 14:21; Prov 19:17; Prov 22:9)
  2. By understanding what is more important (Prov 3:13-15; Prov 15:16; Prov 22:1)
  3. By being content & understanding the temporary nature of wealth (Prov 11:4; Prov. 23:4; Prov 27:24)

Let us be generous, and honour God with our wealth – it is the path of blessing, it is the expression of God’s heart. Jesus was the ultimate expression of this.

"You know the generous grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that by his poverty he could make you rich."
